Repetition is the heart of all skills training. Hence, we refer to individual sessions as a “rep” – an opportunity to make a deliberate effort to improve your performance. This is where we meet 1:1 to train your mind and help elevate your performance. MNTL REP sessions provide an in-depth and tailored experience to untangle any mental blocks and create optimal pathways to achieve your goals.
 
We offer virtual individual training sessions, designed to be effective, affordable and flexible to fit into any schedule. In-person sessions are available upon request.
