MNTL REP - Individual Sessions
Repetition is the heart of all skills training. Hence, we refer to individual sessions as a “rep” – an opportunity to make a deliberate effort to improve your performance. This is where we meet 1:1 to train your mind and help elevate your performance. MNTL REP sessions provide an in-depth and tailored experience to untangle any mental blocks and create optimal pathways to achieve your goals. We offer virtual individual training sessions, designed to be effective, affordable and flexible to fit into any schedule. In-person sessions are available upon request. MNTL TEAM - Group Sessions
Designed for a team, group, or organization, interested in cultivating a high-performance environment. From interactive workshops, team building exercises, and engaging presentations, MNTL TEAM aims to bring a group together to foster a singular focus to optimize the team’s cohesion. Studies have shown that establishing a resilient and high performing culture is vital for a team’s growth, enjoyment, and overall success. Whether it is a new organization looking to establish a solid foundation, or a seasoned group wanting to grow, utilizing mental skills is a great option to elevate a team’s performance. This service can be done virtually or in-person. MNTL LEAD - Coach | Leadership Training
A specialized coaching service to help develop the mental skills and practices necessary to succeed in a leadership role. Effective leadership requires mental acuity, focus, and strength. Considering the demands placed on coaches, managers, and stakeholders, who often carry the weight of the team, MST can be vital for success. Therefore, sessions are designed to help leaders cultivate a thriving environment and culture while also improving their own performance. Leadership is a skill, and as with all skills, it can be trained and improved upon on with the right approach. MNTL LEAD includes, but not limited to: • Establishing and reinforcing organizational & team culture • Improving team dynamics and social cohesion • Developing effective communication skills • Learning to integrate MST into training, practices, and meetings • Creating and implementing a sustainable coaching philosophy • Effectively managing and onboarding assistant coaches, managers, and instructors. • Increasing emotional intelligence
MNTL PARENT
Trainings designed for parents of young athletes, especially under the age of 12, to help navigate the competitive youth landscape, while also equipping parents with MST essentials to teach their kids to succeed both on and off the field/court. MNTL Parent includes education on: • Safeguarding your child from experiencing burnout • Leveraging both verbal and non-verbal communication with athletes, coaches, and officials. • Increasing awareness around the potential pitfalls and traps of the ultra competitive youth environment. • Supporting your child in achieving their goals • Introduction to Mental Skills Training fundamentals
MNTL MENTOR - CMPC Certification
Specifically designed for practitioners or consultants in training that need mentored experience as required for attaining a Certified Mental Performance Consultant certification via the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. MNTL PERFORMANCE provides an approved mentor to fulfill this requirement. This service is also offered in Spanish for those who need a Spanish-speaking mentor. WHY MNTL?
